The Safer Internet Day and Week is held annually in February. The objective of the event is to improve the smart and safe use of the internet. It is worthwhile to polish smart online behavior even after the Safer Internet Week. This site comes in handy for the purpose.

New at Online Safety School

The main theme of the Safer Internet Week was publishing images online. The protection of privacy, copyrights and online bullying are viewpoints to be taken into consideration when publishing images.

Online bullying is often a discussion topic at schools and homes. Above all, the internet is a medium for children and the young for keeping in touch with friends and getting to know new people. Unfortunately, a child may confront bullying in internet communities. There is published information available on the subject and tips for parents.
